With the ban on smoking just about everywhere , it is amazing my local Bingo halls still allow smoking. Sometimes it gets so bad I can't even breathe and my eyes water. Has this affected anyone else ?

Yes, and this is why I stopped frequenting Bingo Halls. I have been having much more fun online. I miss the atmosphere but I also like my health !

Yeah, I am not quite ready to give up Bingo Halls entirely, but I just wish I could find a non smoking one.

I am sadly a smoker myself, so it doesnt bother me as much, but even so , I try to not smoke in public, including Bingo Halls, to be fair to the non smokers. It does not help all that much considering there are so many other smokers, but I at least try my part.

In May 2007, the questions arises, as smoking ban kills the bingo halls? as it happen actually with three clubs that had been gone through possible closure. Today, In canada, their is a need of ban on smoking coz women in rural canada are highly exposed to smoking in bingo halls. so, it is better to go for smoke free bingo halls. Their should not be any compromise with the health.

oh yes I don't like the feeling in times that I can't even stare on my cards because of my teary eyes! It is better to ban smoking in all halls, or they can create a smoking area wherein there will be an exhaust fan or something.. I am smoking too but not in public places like that..
