I get so tired of getting massive amounts of email from all these sportsbooks that won't accept US players. They know we can't even bet so why do they bother. They waste our time and it just makes me angry. If they are going to send me mail then they should make sure I can play! It's just a horrible tease.

Believe me it's not just you who gets angry at them. I don't even play sportsbooks but somehow my name got on somebody's list and I'm forever getting these sportsbook e-mails.

They are written by some guy (in each case) who has the inside edge on all the sporting events and makes millions and tells me that I should bet along with him and make a bundle too.

HHAAHAHAHA.... I just laugh when I delete them but I really hate having to go in and delete them all the time.

The "somehow" is pretty easy to figure out: when we register for sites (be it gambling, adult, or even non-gambling game sites), the owners then sell our email addresses to other parties. Those sportsbook operators pay big bucks and then they spam us to death.

I hate sports betting, have never done it in my life so they must be getting the poker sites lits in order to have my e-mail address to send to.

If these guys are making a fortune then why are they spending so much time spamming everyone ... guess enough (millions) is never enough and I can only imagine they hook people with every spam they send out.

That's the nature of the beast, I guess. Spammers actually invest little but make millions, and many, many sites are owned either directly or indirectly by organized crime or people with ties to OC.

That's right. They got you thru the poker sites......who sold your e-mail to them. It's a sneaky business.

My thoughts are they are naking that the laws will be relaxed. When this happens (alledgedly!) they want to the fastest name recognition. It is a amble for them with no chance for losing. That is as long as they don't harrass you too badly!
