Alrite, here's the deal. My brother introduced me to this site called sportsbook.com. They had some good promotions so of course, I got into it. After a couple weeks of playing, I also introduced it to my younger brothers, which live together. You're probably wondering why I mentioned their residential status, but I'm getting there. My brother's also opened accounts there so now all 4 of us are playing. After I won a little money from one of their promotions, my account was disabled. I contacted customer support and they said it's because I have accounts similiar to other people, in which they gave the names out (not too bright to give out that kind of information) and it turned out to be my 2 younger brothers. They said we have similiar emails and my brothers used the same address, thats why they banned all 3 of us. First of all, we use the name of our band and then @hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc... so what, big deal. But the reason for my brothers using the same address makes no sense. So the first tech support I spoke to said that we have to prove our identities by sending them copies of our drivers license and such and they'll reactivate our accounts. So I went ahead and did that. To my surprise, they responded with an email that I've been permanently banned. They gave no reason, just said that it was managements decision. Now, just 1 day after I got that news, my older brother's account was banned. They told him the same crap. Send a photocopy of your ID and your brothers and we'll reactivate your account. As a law abiding citizen, he did that. He then received an email that his account was also permanently banned. The reason they gave was that I, his brother, performed illegal activities such as cheating on their bonuses and referrals. WTF???!!!! All I did was play poker and I'm all of a sudden accused of such activities? That place is an f***ing joke! Someone wins a little money so ban them. Am I not allowed to tell others about their website? Am I allowed to just play some friendly poker??!! And last but not least, after sending our personal information to them, they tell us we're still banned? Who knows what the hell they're doing with it, but that's just F'ed UP! So to all you guys out there reading this, be careful of this place. It's almost like a scam they're pulling. They wanted me to give my credit/debit information too but I'm not that stupid. They have my address and I wish they would please visit me so I can give em a good butt kicking.
